Kitty Cash Online Slot Review
There is no doubt at all that this slot is about cats. They are everywhere on the reels and every other symbol relates to cats in some way, be it their favourite food in a tin of tuna or an actual fish, or their favourite playthings in a ball of wool or a mouse. There are a number of different cats on the slot and they all look slightly different, perhaps paying homage to other famous cats – one looking very much like Benny out of Top Cat, another beaming much like the Cheshire Cat and a much darker cat which might have walked in from the Meg and Mog book series.
There are many different types of slot machine, and this slot is one of the most colourful video games I've seen. The dark purple background being the canvas for a splash of brightness, with flowers framing the corners of the slot and all of the symbols in bold colours. This is certainly a slot with a cartoon feel, giving the game something of a nice character – this making up for the fact that it’s not the strongest slot graphically. All the time while playing there is an uplifting little jingle playing along, this being interspersed with the occasional meow. The main feature of the slot is the free spins round, which you’ll activate with the scatter symbol.
Set up and play for Kitty Cash Slot
You’ll find five reels at this slot, complete with added paw prints. There are just nine win lines across these five reels, although you do have the option of playing less than nine (simply click the arrows next to the win line number to move the number of lines up and down). To win at this slot you need to land consecutive symbols on a win line from left to right, starting with the leftmost reel, the majority of symbols needing three in a row, with the top four symbols in the game needing just two (making for a slot where you’ll win on a regular basis). These top four symbols are all cats – the purple cat with the bow in her hair is worth 750x your coin amount when landing 5 in a row, the blue cat, the pink one and the orange kitten paying out 500x, 300x and 100x respectively. These symbols are joined by two other cats (a green one and one wearing a tuxedo), a mouse, a whole fish, the skeleton of a fish (which I’m guessing used to be the whole fish) and the ball of wool.
Clicking on the auto-bet button to the left of the spin button gives you the opportunity to play without any stoppages for up to 100 spins, even the free spins round continuing automatically when choosing this option.
The black cat is the wild symbol in the game and will substitute for any other symbol in the game to give you additional wins. You’ll also find that any wins using the wild symbol are actually doubled, as are any wins where the wild is on the win line without actually coming into play.
The free spins symbol is the tin of tuna. This is a scatter symbol, although it acts a little differently to your standard scatter. Usually a scatter can appear three or more times anywhere on a slot to activate the feature – here it has to land three or more times on a win line.
Kitty Cat Slot Free Spin Feature
The number of free spins you’ll gain in this round is dependent on the number of tuna scatter symbols you landed to activate the feature. Three scatter symbols earn you 5 free spins and four and five scatter symbols earn you 10 and 15 free spins respectively. During the free spins round every win you achieve is subject to a 2x multiplier, making this round more profitable than usual.
During this round the headstone symbol is added – this headstone has a face and it’s really not what you’d want to encounter if walking through a graveyard at night (although if you are walking through a graveyard at night you probably deserve all you get!). This is an added scatter symbol, where you’ll gain a win if it appears 2 or more times anywhere on a win line. If the headstone should fill an entire win line you’ll pick up a win of 200x.
Kitty Cat Slot - Conclusion
It would be fair to say that this isn’t the best slot you’ll find online. This slot doesn’t have amazing graphics, a storyline, great features or even a large jackpot, so on the face of it there’s not too much to get you excited. However, this game by 1x2 has a nice feel about it and if you’re a fan of a slot where you’ll win regularly and can play a great number of spins in a relatively small amount of time (due to the lack of interruptions by features) this might be a good one for you.
