Winding the reels
Novomatic made your task very easy when designed 5 Line Mystery; the basic game rules are indeed very simple and you will get starting in no time.
You are facing three spinning reels of three symbols each, and five fixed paylines running across them in all directions. Winning combinations of symbols landing on those paylines award cash prizes to the lucky player. All you need to do beforehand is use the (+) and (-) buttons below the reels to set up your next bet, and hit the Start button to validate your settings. After each win, you get an extra chance to double your reward over and over again with the optional gambling mini game. Click on either the Red or Black switch to place a bet, but remember that a wrong guess will take your earnings away in an instant.
You might also want to try out the Autoplay game mode by clicking the corresponding button in the lower left-hand corner. By doing so, you will set the game on autopilot and let the reels spin loose. The Star symbols are also a little special. Make sure to try and line up three of them to initiate the Mystery Game feature. You will get a glimpse of six panels with cash prizes displayed on them. The panels will then be flipped over and shuffled; stay alert and try to click on the most valuable panels to add up their value and add the total to your own stash.
Classic but good
5 Line Mystery is not the kind of slot game that will bring about a total revolution of the genre. Instead, it is a classic and efficient vintage game with solid arguments that will appeal to hard-core players mostly.
