How to Play Teen Patti Online
A Teen Patti game is played with a standard set of 52 cards, where aces are high. If you’re familiar with the English game, 3-Card Brag, you may recognize some of the same rules and mechanics.
Teen Patti is played in Indian households between 2 and 10 players. However, in a casino setting, the game is played between you and the dealer.

Step 1: Place your ante (Boot)

Step 2: Receive your cards
You will receive three cards face down. You now have to decide whether you want to play the additional blind bet, or see your cards and continue betting.
Step 3: Play the Blind
In traditional Teen Patti, you can bet blind and force your opponent to bet double the stake. In casino Teen Patti online, the blind bet gives you the chance to win a special payout.
To play the blind, pay another bet equal to your Ante bet by placing it into the box provided.
Step 4: See your cards
To reveal your cards, click on the ‘See’ button.
Step 4: Fold (Pack) or Bet (Chaal)
Once you have seen your cards, you have the option of folding (‘pack’) or continuing with the hand. To continue, click the ‘Bet’ button (‘chaal’) and place a bet worth double your Ante. If you fold, you will lose your Ante and Blind bet, if you made one.
Step 5: Showdown
Once bets are complete, the dealer’s hand is revealed. The two hands are then compared.
You win by beating the dealer’s hand if you make at least a pair. In addition, you will win special payouts for hitting strong hands.
If neither you nor the dealer have a qualifying hand, the hand is a push and your bet is returned.

The Teen Patti rules are easy to understand. So, how do the hand rankings work? If you’re familiar with Three Card Poker, the rankings are fairly similar. The best hand is three of a kind (a ‘trail’ or ‘prial’), followed by a straight flush.

Three cards of the same value (e.g. K-K-K).
Pure Sequence/Straight Flush
Three successive cards of the same suit (e.g. 6-7-8 hearts).
Sequence/Straight
Three successive cards of different suits (e.g. 4-5-6 off-suit).
Flush/Color
Any three cards of the same suit (e.g. 4-7-10 hearts).
Pair
Two cards of the same value (e.g. 5-5-A)
High Card
Any three cards of different suits not in sequence (e.g. J-10-3)
Teen Patti Payouts
The payouts in online Teen Patti are straightforward. All payouts are multiplied by your Bet amount. Your Ante is returned after winning a hand.
If your hand and the dealer’s hand are equal, you will receive your Ante and Bet back. However, you will lose your Blind bet if the hands are tied.
You will also secure a bigger payout if you win the hand with the Blind side bet.
